Cancellation, Late and No Show Policy
** Please Read Carefully **

This policy is designed to keep costs down because we didn’t feel it was fair to raise costs across the board because of a few customers not showing up or showing up very late for their appointments. We also feel this will better accommodate our walk in clients while at the same time being fair to our therapists who are self-employed and may have traveled from other areas for your appointment

As always, we gladly accept walk-ins. Appointments will require a credit or debit card on file.

Cancellation- As long as an appointment is canceled at least two hours in advance there will not be a penalty. If the cancelation is before two hours there will be a $35 fee charged.

Late- Your session will start and end at your scheduled time. We encourage you to arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow for any paperwork or any preparation that may be necessary. This is to be as a courtesy for those who have appointments after yours and so that we can stay on schedule.

No Show- No call/no show appointments will be charged 100% of their scheduled service.

Please ask if you have any questions or are not clear in regards to any part of this policy. We hope you can appreciate why this policy is in place and that we never want to charge anyone for services they didn’t receive. However, we can not afford to refuse walk in customers or have therapists travel to the store only to have appointments not show up or arrive very late.
